Just for a bit of fun we decided to put our evaluation on some of the higher profile websites. Remember, this is the value of the website – not the value of the organisations total operations. Some of the results are quite surprising.

Google Website value = $420million
Yahoo Website value = $410 million
Youtube Website value = $245 million
Myspace Website value= $91 million
eBay Website value= $32 million
Amazon Website value = $32 million
Facebook Website value = $8 million
Twitter Website value = $2.25 million

interestingly both Facebook and Twitter have websites that came into existence many years before the product was invented
